I do not know what is wrong with the world these days. I have heard of people doing horrendous things to each other but this is in a league of its own. On the news today I heard that three people were arrested in North Carolina for running a fight club in an assisted care home. They were pitting dementia patients against each other and making them fight.
Momma Said, “I thought dog fights were bad but this really takes the cake.”
It takes a warped person to make animals fight against each other but to make sick human beings fight each other for profit is unheard of. These people should get what they dished out when they get to prison. I hope they get the snot beat out of them. I would gladly let the inmates know wheat they did if I could. We have had human trafficking, pedophiles and now this.

If those patients were my relatives and I found this out, there is no place those scumbags could hide that I wouldn’t find them. What the jury needs to do is put them in a ring and let the relatives of these poor people have at them. I just hope our judicial system punishes them harshly for what they have done. I know there are laws to protect mentally impaired people, and also elder abuse.
I just hope when my time comes I just sit down and die. I don’t want to be in a situation where I am a burden to my family. I will do as the Indians used to do. I will go on a vision quest and find a tree in the woods and sit down and just not come back. Let nature takes its course with me and take me back to the dirt.

French Chicken Casserole
8 chicken drumsticks
Plain flour for dredging/coating
1 brown onion thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cup chicken stock
1 heaped teaspoons minced garlic
2-3 heaped teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
10-12 small potatoes (halved)
1-2 large carrots sliced into stickseport
Pre-heat oven to 170C/350F. Heat up your oil in a frying pan on the stovetop.
Dredge/coat the chicken drumsticks in flour.
Fry until all sides are lightly golden.
Remove the drumsticks and place in an ovenproof casserole dish
Add the onion and garlic to the frying pan and cook until onion is transparent.
Add in the chicken soup and stock. Stir and mix well. Next, add the mustard. Stir to incorporate.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Put in the prepared potato and carrot. Remove pan from heat and pour over chicken. Top with Thyme and rosemary.
Cover and cook in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes. Remove lid and cook a further 10 minutes.
Serve with vegetables of your choice.
