The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

Bryan K. Whaley, Minerva, Ohio, was cited for no seatbelt by Trooper C.R. Donelson.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

Tyler A. Shockley, Davis was cited for expired registration and no MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.

 

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

Sara Davis, Parsons, was charged with one count Truancy.  The complaint states that Davis did fail to cause a juvenile to regularly attend Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School.  The student accumulated 18 full unexcused days.  She posted a $50 PR bond.

Bradley Wayne Alexander, Mount Hope, was charged with one count Driving Revoked DUI-2nd Offense.  The complaint states that on Sunday, Oct. 27 Trooper C.R. Donelson was dispatched for a possible motor vehicle crash on WV72 in Davis.  Upon arrival, he observed a red SUV resting against a tree.  The driver was located and asked what happened and he advised that he drove from his home to BFS on WV32.  He advised he was extremely tired and was attempting to call his wife when his vehicle drifted through the grass from the parking lot of BFS and was stopped by the tree.  He further advised his license was revoked for DUI.  Donelson ran his ID and it was confirmed his license was revoked for DUI.  Elkins Comm also confirmed the suspect had a prior conviction for driving revoked DUI on March 8, 2019.  He posted a $5,000 PR bond and a hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12 before Magistrate William M. Miller.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

Gray verses Wilson, The court found in favor of Carolyn Gray in the amount of $375 plus $75 court cost against Heather Wilson and defendant must vacate property.

First United Bank and Trust verses Whitehair, The court found in favor of First United Bank and Trust in the amount of $1,051.22 plus $85 court cost against Kimberly D. Whitehair.

State of West Virginia verses William Robert Snyder, Thomas, received judgment of no contest plea for one count attempt to defeat a drug or alcohol screening by the substitution of a false sample.  He was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $175.25.

St. George Medical Clinic verses the following:

Brittany Marie Moore: $624.42 plus $80 court cost.

Stormie Barkley Meloy: $538.53 plus $80 court cost.

Carrie Collins: $63 plus $75 court cost.

Allen Molone: $176 plus $75 court cost.

Stephanie Loughrie: $75.

Joseph Hess: $162 plus $75 court cost.

Rose Marie Freeman: $662.09 plus $80 court cost.

Alexis H. Bennett: $30 plus $75 court cost.

Barbara Fravel: $122.

Paul Clute: $111.82 plus $75 court cost.

Edward R. Freeman: $283.50 plus $75 court cost.

April F. Phillips: $59.57 plus $75 court cost.

Alexis R. Rodeheaver: $313 plus $75 court cost.

Axle R. Purnell: $125 plus $75 court cost.

Taryn B. Dibartolomeo: $99.87 plus $75 court cost.
